Closing Iris Closing Iris is Alternative Soul-Rock from Vancouver, BC. Brandon Krogel Brandon Krogel aims to create music that can relate to, uplift and inspire listeners. Paul Filek Paul Filek has opened for CARLY RAE JEPSON, JULLY BLACK, CORB LUND and STYX as well as performed the anthem at the CALGARY FLAMES hockey games. Hes appeared many times on BREAKFAST TELEVISION on City TV in Edmonton, Calgary and CFJC-TV in Kamloops. His music is being discovered by radio stations across Canada and he was featured as one of BCs best musicians on VIRGIN Radio in Vancouver, BC, as well as reaching number 14 on the top 20 charts on B100 in Kamloops. Theres a reason he won the PEOPLES CHOICE AWARD at BCIMA and received SILVER FINALIST at the BMA MUSIC AWARDS, for Paul has an easy charm, warm voice and catchy songs. Hes toured the country with his guitar and his dream single handedly selling over 4,500 albums and continues to gain a wider fan base. Paul has recorded three albums between 2006 and 2008. Floodlight David Truscott, Floodlight's lead singer and guitarist, embarked on his first tour at the ripe age of 15, traveling by rickety van from Victoria, British Columbia all the way to New York City. He spent the next 10 years playing guitar with critically acclaimed indie groups Breakwater and Honeysuckle. The latter was known as one of Canada's hardest working bands, and was voted Vancouver's best live act by readers of the Georgia Straight.
