BORROW TOMORROW The paths that led to Borrow Tomorrow have crossed many times, a derivative of days and bands past, but with a newly-found, steadfast drive to make great music that means something not only to those who create it, but to those who hear it. Naturally, we've got our influences and our inspiration (see: life, you). Little of this matters, however, when the four of us are on stage with the lights turned low, the people in the crowd anxiously awaiting four clicks, and we are off and running.

Indianapolis is home, which for now, doubles as a starting block for these Midwestern boys as they seek to discover just what, in fact, home really is. We are true to ourselves, to the words we write, and to the sounds we make, for music is our lives. Without it, there would be no joy, no heartache, no passion, and no us.

1220 Knoxville based rock band '1220' brings echos of seventies style rock, but with a good dose of their own swaggering style. Their lean, mean songwriting recalls early Aerosmith, Cheap Trick, and even Thin Lizzy, and their twin guitar leads and soaring vocals turn heads at every show. 1220 has been touring regionally to promote their latest full-length effort, "Killing For A Living," and there has never been a better time than now to go to a show and see what all the buzz is about.

UNLIKELY ALIBI Combining the sounds of The Clash, Elvis Costello and The Police, with a hint of Bad Brains, Unlikely Alibi simply gives you organ and guitar driven power pop with a twist of reggae and ska. Piecing together parts of Midwest’s hardest working, most popular, and most influential bands, the members have collectively sold thousands of CDs, and played hundreds of shows throughout the United States; including opening spots for Ben Folds, The Foo Fighters, Eve 6 and Train, to name a few.

The band’s debut album “At the Ready”, released by Stubborn Records, has quickly gained attention, acclaim and airplay. Unlikely Alibi is currently touring in support of the new album, and continues to ignite audiences wherever they go.

Other accolades include; Grand Champion of the Whatzup battle of the bands, voted ‘Best New Band’ in regional readers choice awards, performing live on Manhattan network television, featured on international compilations, and packing venues everywhere they go.

CURSED FOR MANNERS "Nuvo Magazine (FEB 2008) said the band was "combining just a little bit of the angsty alternative feel of the Cure with a whole lot of screamin’, making for a distinctly Tool-like sound with all kinds of mad rhythms layered over it ." The magazine also noted that “Any gang that can do this and still be esoteric enough to riff the Aztec prediction of Armageddon in 2012 is A+, No. 1"

BELLFIELD Knoxville natives Bellfield are creating a unique breed of energetic alternative rock music. They have entertained college and bar room crowds in the area and across the southeast for nearly three years, but only now have evolved into the suspiciously-alluring riff-driven power-funk (or something similar) that one can expect to hear at their upcoming appearance at the Bijou Theatre on September 26th. Bellfield recently captured the attention of award-winning producer Jeff Powell, whose credits include Stevie Ray Vaughan, Bob Dylan, BB King, The Allman Brothers Band, and Tonic. He will be recording and producing the band's first live album (being taped September 26th and aptly titled "Live at the Bijou"). Few bands have the prowess and tenacity to survive the gauntlet of the music industry, but Bellfield may be one of the few.

FREEDOM "Erik Kipp is one of the most gifted songwriters I've ever met. He has this knack for writing songs that, after I hear them just once, are in my head for days."

MOTEL Motel remains one of Lexington's best-kept and most underrated secrets. Combining orchestrated pop songs with mid-tempo and emotionally radiant scarf-punk anthems in the vein of Mineral, Sunny Day Real Estate, the Posies, and power-popsters Teenage Fanclub, Motel represent musicians who love punk as much as theatrical, complex, melodic music.

SIGNAL Heavy melodic rock band with an infectious sound and intoxicating
hooks, complete with exquisitely tasteful guitar arrangements, double
bass drum, and a front man who sings as well as he screams.
